JOB TITLE: GAME FLOOR OPERATIONS MANAGERREPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES:
Shift Supervisors and hourly employees with a direct focus in Redemption.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Overall responsibility for the operations and profitability of the business through people, product and facility, with a focus on our Game Floor operations and Prize Redemption. A eye for detail as well as merchandise display is a must.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Manage the daily shift and guest experience
- Ensure the guest experience and quality of products and displays are at standard
- Manager all hourly crew members
- Goal setting with direct reports
- Hire, oversee training, development and review of hourly staff
- Order redemption product
- Monthly inventory
- Maintain Redemption COGS at target
- Maintain visual “show” appearance of facility
- Ensure all operating and quality standards are met
- Crew member recruiting, scheduling, development, training and labor management
- All aspects of unit ordering, receiving, inventory and cost control systems
- Compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years equivalent experience
Knowledge/Skills
Individual must have experience with operations of high volume restaurant or entertainment center
Work Experience
2-5 years Management experience in an entertainment concept, theme park or high volume restaurant
Licenses or Certificates
Local or State requirements regarding food handling and liquor service
Physical Demands
General restaurant activities including walking, talking, sitting, standing, typing, lifting and carrying
50 lbs
Mental Demands
Must be able to provide excellent customer service
Must have excellent time management and follow up skills necessary to perform in a fast paced, high volume environment
Equipment and Special Materials
Computer, printer, photocopy machine, fax machine etc. POS Systems
