We are looking to build our management team with a group of individuals that enjoy working in a fast paced, merry-making, fun environment.  Nothing is better than fun, food and games with a little bar action to go along. 
And if that wasn’t enough, we will be located at the new Margaritaville Resort destination featuring premier retail, dining and entertainment!


GameTime is looking for a General Manager that is accustomed to motivating and coaching the team and providing stellar leadership. The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for the food & beverage and game floor operations as well as the profitability of the business through the management of the people, product and facility. The General Manager motivates, instills accountability, and provides overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and the guest experience.

  1. Develop the strategic vision for growing the business.
  1. Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
  2. Continual improvement in the guest experience and quality of products.
  3. Plan, budget and forecast the unit financials.
  4. Profit & Loss responsibility.
  5. Work with Director of Sales to expand upon existing group sales markets.
  6. Develop a presence in the community through engagement.
  7. Schedule, develop and review Management team and Director of Sales.
  8. Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training and development of crew.
  9. Ensure the guest experience and quality of products is at standard.
  10. Ensure show quality and soft programming standards of venues.
  11. Ensures compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to company, city, state and federal requirements.
  12. Ensures compliance with company standards for human resource management development and discipline.
  13. Ensures compliance with all facility ambiance, gaming and maintenance standards
  14. Oversee goal setting with direct reports.
  15. Compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures.
  16. Review and approve Group Sales contracts and pricing.
  17. Oversee accounts receivables are collected and accounts payable are submitted
  18. Working with COO and Marketing Director to strategize, plan, implement and follow up on unit marketing.
  19. Minimal travel required.
  1. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Individual must have experience with hiring, training, scheduling, developing and reviewing venue personnel, profit and loss, as well as financial analysis
Work Experience
5-7 years General Management experience in an entertainment concept, theme park or high volume restaurant.
Licenses or Certificates
Local or State requirements regarding food handling and liquor service
Physical Demands
General restaurant activities including walking, talking, sitting, standing, typing, lifting and carrying
50 lbs
Mental Demands
Must be able to provide excellent customer service
Must have excellent time management and follow up skills necessary to perform in a fast paced, high volume environment
Equipment and Special Materials
Computer, printer, photocopy machine, fax machine etc.  POS Systems
